KYC

Enhancements

• Redesign of the Portal biometrics tab to introduce expandable sections. Functionality remains unchanged.
• Customer ID removed from the Personal/Info tab in the Portal. This identifier is always displayed when viewing an entity above the tab navigation pane.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where long recipe names are not displayed in full in the Portal
• Fixed a bug where Buddhist date of births that fell on a leap year (29th Feb) displayed as invalid
• Reduced the width of login input fields (Email & Password)
• Fixed a bug in Portal where the customer ID search could not be cleared after submitting a search
• Fixed a bug where issues did not always display on the Device/Customer Characteristic tab in portal on initial load
• Fixed a bug where valid KYC checks were failing when address was included in the payload
• Fixed a bug where the suburb was not being correctly mapped to KYC check

KYB

• Fixed an issue where the “Run PEP check” button was enabled even after PEP check was run.
• Fixed an issue where longer MCC descriptions were not displayed properly. Supports descriptions roughly up to 80 characters wide (550 pixels).

Fraud & Transaction Monitoring

• When checking an activity's risk, frankieId has been renamed to entityId  in the request and response bodies. Note: we will maintain backwards compatibility with the previous name to support existing clients.
• When listing an entity's cases or getting an entity's fraud risk level, if the entity cannot be found the API will now respond with a JSON object containing the request ID and other error details.
