  • Fixed issue where we were getting unexpected timeouts when initialising the Smart UI
  • Added source provider to check summary in Audit Trail

  • Fixed issue where checks were being displayed as ‘unchecked’ when ‘unverified’ instead was the correct designation
  • Fixed issue to better handle the Equifax connector where no document number has been supplied for customers using biometrics
  • We are now sending an Entity ID to Creden service to help with connectivity and debugging

Portal

Rulesets

  • Introduction of Ruleset check stack within the Personal Info/KYC tab. This check stack is used where you have asked Frankie to try match a customer against a combination of ‘recipes’ e.g. 2x Bureau or 1x Bureau + 1x ID. Where you have asked us to match a customer the Ruleset check will display as follows:

Panel 1 : “Priority Matched” - This displays the highest priority ruleset ‘recipe’ that has matched for a given customer

Panel 2: “Rulesets” - This displays all rulesets ‘recipes’ that were sent to Frankie in priority order and their match results

Where a combination of rulesets has not been suppled i.e. checks are run against 1 ‘recipe’ e.g. ‘2x Bureau', ruleset section will be marked as “unchecked'

Support Document Upload (In Beta with select customers)

  • Our customers are at times required to provide supplementary documents to support a verification check e.g. Proof of Address or House Registration/Rental Agreement. These support documents cannot be verified against a public database and require manual verification. To solve for this use case we have developed a document upload tab within the Frankie portal. From this document upload tab user can manually upload documents within the portal itself or view support documents supplied from our SmartUI widget. From here, users can approve, decline, or make document as needs attention with comments. Please contact your account manager for further information on this feature
  • Where a recipe requires a document to be reviewed this will be displayed as an issue within the onboarding tab

  • Users will also see a new check stack within the overview tab

  • From here, users can review the document and resolve as appropriate
