View comments

Comments added on manual actions (such as changing workflow status) can be seen on various pages within the Portal.

Global comments

If there are comments available, selecting the Global comment icon would show an expanded icon.

Latest comments

On certain sections of each page, hovering on the comment icon would display the latest comment. For example, refer to the screenshot below:

Review comments

Workflow events

The expanded comments view would show the comments related to Workflow status updates, as well as comments for each of the workflow check results.

Profile

The expanded comments view would show the comments related to Entity updates (which relate to KYC database checks) such as adding documents, correcting names, and others.

Hovering on the comment icon would display the latest comment on the personal info updates.
