  • Enabled additional supporting document types in Smart UI. Updated list can be found here.
  • Fixed a UI issue where portal users were allowed to download “All Customer Records” report for more than 1 account at a time
  • One of our Indonesian vendor partners has notified us of a government requirement for their service to provide email and phone from the 11th of December as capture elements only. We now will pass through email and phone for their Database ID verification service. We have reached out to impacted customers.
  • We are live with a new partner in Canada, if interested in running Canadian checks please contact your Customer Success manager.
