Release 24.Q2.R3

The FrankieOne platform is constantly evolving to deliver better products and services to our customers. This release includes some of the latest enhancements and updates that we have made to improve your experience with our platform, as well as fixes to issues previously encountered.
The following changes are included in this release of the FrankieOne platform.

KYC

Updates

• We've Implemented the Send Onboarding URL feature using Hosted OneSDK, providing the following:
  • Ability to specify a pre-configured message
  • Ability to specify a sender name
  • Ability to specify document types and document subtypes

Fixes

A fix has been applied to address an issue where no results are available but the applicant has already completed IDV check.

KYB

• PDF generation performance has been enhanced, resulting to almost 1/3 reduction of execution time.
• Get document orders status now works without requestID. When only entityID param is passed, the API will return all document orders requested for the entity ordered by requested date - latest first.

Portal

Fixes

• Portal Nav support fixes were also implemented.

OneSDK

New hooks have been added in HTML for running embedded in an app.
