Release 24.Q3.R3

The FrankieOne platform is constantly evolving to deliver better products and services to our customers. This release includes some of the latest enhancements and updates that we have made to improve your experience with our platform, as well as fixes to issues previously encountered.
The following changes are included in this release of the FrankieOne platform.

Portal

Transaction monitoring fixes

• Fixed an issue where caching caused outdated information to display on the Transaction and Device/Customer Characteristics tabs.
• Resolved an issue where changes made to AML or Fraud Transaction/Device alerts were not being reflected on the Overview page.

Fraud Fixes

• A new sub-caption for "Device" and a separate card for "IP Location" have been added for better visibility and clarity.
• Fixed an issue where the VPN status was incorrectly showing as "False" on the portal.
• The manually passed option for changing profile status is now correctly displayed on the portal.

Support Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where manual IDV screens were not passing validation.
• Resolved issues with Medicare cards not approving.
• Improved data sources matching in the personal info tab.
