Release 24.Q3.R6

The FrankieOne platform constantly evolves to deliver better products and services to our customers. This release includes some of the latest enhancements and updates that we have made to improve your experience with our platform and fixes to issues previously encountered.

The following changes are included in this release of the FrankieOne platform.

Portal

Updates

• New analytics dashboard in the Portal has been embedded (currently in early access)
• Enabled the ability to add new roles in the permission screen
• Fraud and TM Monitoring Improvements:
  • Implemented validation of the customer reference number
  • Update transaction monitoring issue types for Entity Profiles
• General portal improvements and bug fixes
  • Fixed issue where date fields were not loading the icon
  • Fixed broken image icon when viewing photos of customer ID’s
  • Resolved issue preventing users from clearing the phone number field in the Portal
  • Fixed intermittent invalid time errors on the Personal Info tab
  • Addressed intermittent display issues with VEVO checks on the Personal Info tab
  • Improved manual override experience — no page refresh required
  • Fixed issue where the “Date of Issue” field sometimes appeared blank.
  • Corrected UI alignment on the Biometrics ORC results page
  • Fixed layout and preview issues with PDFs in Trust analyser
  • Fixed a Portal International KYB issue where the cancel button was not always responsive
  • Implemented security enhancements to harden the platform
