Release 23.Q3.R1

The FrankieOne platform is constantly evolving to deliver better products and services to our customers. This release includes some of the latest enhancements and updates that we have made to improve your experience with our platform, as well as fixes to issues previously encountered.

The following changes are included in this release of the FrankieOne platform.

Portal

The FrankieOne Portal user login experience has been rebuilt and refreshed. This new version provides a consistent experience across the Portal using our new design language. From user login to password reset interfaces, we have made the experience frictionless and intuitive.

Our new design system provides improved performance in desktop and mobile environments, while enhancing the prevention of security vulnerabilities.

Several bug fixes were also implemented that address UI issues with OCR-date mismatch and failed login attempts.

OneSDK

To further increase the performance of our verification and fraud detection during onboarding experience, we have added Mastercard IDV to FrankieOne’s OneSDK solution.

Through this integration, our customers can benefit from Mastercard IDV to perform document and biometric capture and verification.

KYB

Information on companies' Share Capital is now available in when you use the FrankieOne API and Portal and when you generate PDF reports.

API - available as shareCapitalGroup in checks response

Portal - available in the Owners & Officeholders tab

PDF - available in both Single Level & UBO reports

Additionally, historical information on officeholders is also now available in when you use the FrankieOne API and Portal and when you generate PDF reports.

Both these information (companies' Share Capital and historical information on officeholders) will not be available for previously onboarded companies.
