Release 23.Q3.R2

The FrankieOne platform is constantly evolving to deliver better products and services to our customers. This release includes some of the latest enhancements and updates that we have made to improve your experience with our platform, as well as fixes to issues previously encountered.

The following changes are included in this release of the FrankieOne platform.

KYC

The team applied several fixes that address issues on document mismatch types, supporting documents validation, billing codes and new DOB format handling.

Updates were also implemented to support Onfido Motion integration to Smart UI and OneSDK.

KYB

Several fixes and updates were implemented to improve the product.

Portal

Due to local regulatory changes, FrankieOne won’t be able to send unregistered alphanumeric SMS titles. Because of this development, we’re applying a new required setting that allows customers to configure their own SMS sender IDs that they have registered.
