Release 23.Q3.R5

The FrankieOne platform is constantly evolving to deliver better products and services to our customers. This release includes some of the latest enhancements and updates that we have made to improve your experience with our platform, as well as fixes to issues previously encountered.

The following changes are included in this release of the FrankieOne platform.

SmartUI

We’ve improved how CloudWatch logged events, allowing you to search and analyze detailed event logs.

KYC

We’ve added new connector metrics and have included driver name on metrics submission, to make it easier to track and analyze data.

Our IDV Service has been further improved by Implement polling when initProcess is in progress to check for complete status.

Several updates have been made to connectors to

• consider the document type when submitting documents
• prevent reusing tokens if there’s an error with the OCR processes
• add session ID to billing data

Portal

We’ve implemented a few updates the FrankieOne Portal that include release versions when sending information. This further improves the user experience by allowing versioning.

Fraud

For additional security and accuracy, we’ve made it possible for customers to run fraud rechecks on an entity already checked.
