Release 23.Q4.R3

The FrankieOne platform is constantly evolving to deliver better products and services to our customers. This release includes some of the latest enhancements and updates that we have made to improve your experience with our platform, as well as fixes to issues previously encountered.

The following changes are included in this release of the FrankieOne platform.

KYC

• The configuration for Comply Advantage has been divided into separate configuration files for Individuals and Businesses.
• An update was also implemented for IDKit Enterprise integration to have no redirect URLs, so that no redirect will be attempted from a web-based channel.
• Webhook notifications can now be sent if we receive a cancelled/expired session.
• A fix has also been implemented to prevent failure when checking Vevo’s expiry date caused by incorrect date format.

Portal

A fix has been implemented to resolve an issue where in some instances the User Management Tab fails to load Portal users.

Fraud

For customers who are using Fraud as part of their KYC checks, the device session key will no longer be a required field. For this configuration, if the key is not provided, Frankie will generate the session key, which will then be sent to the providers.
