Release 24.Q1.R1

The FrankieOne platform is constantly evolving to deliver better products and services to our customers. This release includes some of the latest enhancements and updates that we have made to improve your experience with our platform, as well as fixes to issues previously encountered.
The following changes are included in this release of the FrankieOne platform.

OneSDK

We’ve added the Onfido IDV flow into FrankieOne OneSDK (OCR + Biometrics) to allow for an all-in-one flow for Onfido and be able to provide a consistent solution for the Send Biometrics link in the Portal.

KYC

Ongoing monitoring capabilities were added and fixes were applied to further improve the customer onboarding experience.

KYB

We’ve applied updates to the FrankieOne KYB to further improve connector to error code alignment, allow for creation of entities via an ownership query, and support for generating ownership reports for international entities.
Additionally, fixes were implemented to prevent issues with certain fields being populated incorrectly.
