The FrankieOne platform is constantly evolving to deliver better products and services to our customers. This release includes some of the latest enhancements and updates that we have made to improve your experience with our platform, as well as fixes to issues previously encountered.
The following changes are included in this release of the FrankieOne platform.
KYC
We’ve added support for OCR for Medicare cards and implemented performance updates for Portal dashboard database query. Security patches have been applied to further strengthen our Authorization and KYC services.
Portal
With this release, the UBO Visual Tree no longer merges beneficial and non-beneficial ownership. It now shows ownership separately.
We’ve also updated the Portal to now display the YOB field if the DOB is not entered.
