Release 24.Q1.R5

The FrankieOne platform is constantly evolving to deliver better products and services to our customers. This release includes some of the latest enhancements and updates that we have made to improve your experience with our platform, as well as fixes to issues previously encountered.
The following changes are included in this release of the FrankieOne platform.

KYC

We’ve added support for OCR for Medicare cards and implemented performance updates for the Portal dashboard database query.

Security patches have been applied to further strengthen our Authorization and KYC services.

KYB

We’ve introduced the new field nonBeneficiallyOwned in Shareholding Information. Because of this change, Kyckr and CW connectors have been updated to populate this field. The corresponding migration script has been created to update existing domestic shareholdings with this flag.

Portal

We’ve applied a fix for an issue where re-running of a report doesn't update the timestamp on the Portal.

A fix for the issue where Adverse Media is displayed by default for KYB checks run in the Portal has been applied. The status has been changed to AML screening to avoid confusion.
