The FrankieOne platform is constantly evolving to deliver better products and services to our customers. This release includes some of the latest enhancements and updates that we have made to improve your experience with our platform, as well as fixes to issues previously encountered.

The following changes are included in this release of the FrankieOne platform.

KYB

If an entity is subscribed to Continuous KYB and is later deleted or archived, it will be automatically unsubscribed from Continuous KYB. This does not have billing impacts.

Portal

Updates:

  • Notifications have been enabled for all portal users.
  • In the UBO Report, we’ve replaced the dash (-) with “current” in the officeholders section.

Fixes:

  • A backend issue with Portal Notifications has been resolved.
  • W’eve removed scroll bars from the Notification modal on Windows machines.
  • Additional fixes were implemented to resolve issues with iKYB.
