Integrating with FrankieOne
Integrating with FrankieOne means working with its core components. These are:
FrankieOne API (For Developers)
Engineers and solution designers who are integrating FrankieOne into their platform will need our API documentation to build their solution. The choice between an API integration and a Low code or Hosted integration depends heavily on your specific requirements and developer resources.
Generally, an API integration is preferable for highly customized solutions whereas Low code and Hosted solutions may provide a smoother onboarding experience as they require less development effort.
FrankieOne Portal
Operators and administrators using FrankieOne day-to-day will likely need our documentation on the FrankieOne portal and the processes involved in performing checks on their customers.
You would use the Portal to:
- Manually create applicants (individuals) in FrankieOne and trigger a verification after inputting their personal details
- Manage applicants created via the API and the portal
- Run Australian Business onboarding / KYB checks with an ABN or ACN.
- Resolve applicant issues relating to AML monitoring, Duplicate / Blocklist management and risk based assessments.
Hosted Solution (Coming Soon)
FrankieOne’s Hosted Solution is an innovative initiative that provides a no-code solution to simplify the onboarding process for customers. This solution enhances your customers' experience and significantly reduces the time required for onboarding.
The solution is built to cover the IDV flow and loads a specific version of OneSDK.
Low code (OneSDK) (Coming Soon)
The FrankieOne OneSDK is a client-side JavaScript SDK for onboarding individuals onto your application. OneSDK aims to provide customers with "ridiculously simple" integration with FrankieOne services.
