Phone and email screening

The FrankieOne Fraud and Transaction Monitoring product provides phone number and email address screening to prevent onboarding fraudulent actors.

The types of checks performed on phone numbers and email addresses will differ depending on the rules you select. The checks can flag the following: email age, multiple names linked to the same phone or email, risky email domain, inactive email and multiple IP addresses linked to one phone number.
